Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. Other than this sole reason, all sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase, and adequate photo and/or video proof of the product issue or damage.
To process a return request, we require clear photo or video evidence of the reported defect or issue. This allows our support team to verify the problem, compare it against our product benchmarks, and approve the return in accordance with our policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the cost and arrangement of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, as our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare and ship your order. If your order has already been processed, we cannot cancel your order. The cutoff after placing your order is typically only a few hours, depending on times.
For any approved order cancellations, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover transaction and processing costs.
Shipping Delays & Address Errors
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier services, or for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Visual Expectations & Usage
Please note that minor variations in image quality, brightness, or ambient projection may occur depending on lighting conditions, surface, and device settings. These do not qualify as product defects. The projector is intended for atmospheric and aesthetic use, not for high-lumen professional display purposes. Refunds will not be granted based on subjective dissatisfaction with image quality if the item is functioning as described.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there are any issues with the product being not as described (such as missing parts or an incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can resolve the issue directly before they lead to disputes or chargebacks.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product does not meet personal expectations unrelated to product defects or incorrect items. Please review the product description, images, and usage recommendations before purchasing.
Incorrect Plug Type Selection
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct plug type for their country or region. If the wrong plug type is chosen, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements, as this is not considered a product fault. Please ensure you select the appropriate plug type before completing your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that our items are made and shipped directly from China. This does not affect product quality, as our products still undergo quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction. The origin of your item, along with typical international shipping durations or standard packaging variations, does not qualify as a product defect or grounds for a return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
