Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: Some orders may arrive in separate packages (e.g., the projector and accessories). This is normal and actually helps speed up delivery. If items arrive at different times, there is no cause for concern.

All orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours and are shipped directly to your doorstep. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders typically arrive within 4 - 9 days after they have been processed, depending on customer location. Please note that shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and should be used as general guidelines. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Please allow multiple extra days for delivery due to unforeseen delays, especially during holiday times. The shipping timeframes shown on our product pages are estimates based on average delivery times. These are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as seasonal congestion. While we do our best to meet these expectations, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for orders that do not arrive in time for Christmas or other holidays. Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters processing and shipping queues, and delays caused by courier networks are outside our control.
